Placing Orders Online
For corporate purchase please log into Peoplesoft, for personal purchases see below.
Shopping for Labcorp products online is safe, secure and easy. There's no need to log in to shop the catalog, just follow these simple steps:
- Browse through the Labcorp eStore by clicking on a department and then clicking on the products that interest you.
- Add items to your Shopping Cart.
- Register or verify your shopper information.
- Select your payment method and submit your order.
- Print your View Cart page or your Receipt.
Browsing Through the Labcorp eStore
There are two ways to shop through the Labcorp eStore, by clicking on a department and browsing through the product assortment and by using the Search feature to find a specific product.
To browse the product assortment, click on one of the department links located on the top navigation bar.
To use the Search feature, locate the search box on the top right corner. This search box offers the choice of searching by price or by keyword, or product name. Enter the information and click the button. For your convenience, Search results will be presented as active, "clickable" links that connect with product detail pages.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
Shopping the Labcorp eStore is similar to shopping anywhere—you are in control.
- In order to purchase an item, you must first add it to your shopping cart.
- To do this, click on the product you want to purchase from the product thumbnail pages.
- A detailed product description will be presented, along with a menu allowing you to enter the specific quantity you wish to purchase and/or to specify the size you want (if applicable).
- Current on–hand inventory is also displayed here.
- Once you have selected the product and specified size and/or quantity, click the Add to Cart button.
- You will see the product appear in your Shopping Cart.
- This Shopping Cart will expand to include all of your selections and it also allows you to remove or update those selections by clicking on the Remove button or by clicking on the product name to take you back to the product detail page, where changes can be made.
- It is not necessary to log in for the Shopping Cart to function.
- At any time, you can see an expanded version of the Shopping Cart by clicking on the View Cart button located at the bottom of the Shopping Cart.
Registering (Logging In)
Registering or logging in is not required in order to browse the Labcorp eStore. However, you will have to log in (if you've shopped the Labcorp eStore before) or register (if you are a first–time shopper) when you are ready to check out.
If you have already registered, you will be prompted to enter your name and password when you click Check Out. First–time shoppers will be prompted to enter information such as User Name and Password, name, address, e–mail address, and phone number. This information will default to your billing and shipping information. If your billing and shipping information are not the same, those may be changed when you are ready to complete your order. You can also change this information by clicking on the My Account button on the top menu bar. Once you have registered, the catalog will remember you each time you visit.
Payment Methods

For international orders: Preference is to accept the order via store, and manage directly with contact if a product substitution is needed for the international order. This will keep things streamlined upfront in ordering process.
Submitting Your Order
When you are finished shopping:
- Click on the Check Out button, located in the Shopping Cart. The Place Order page will be displayed.
- Verify your Billing Information and Shipping Information, displayed on this page. If these need to be updated, click on the appropriate Modify button and make the necessary changes. Click Save.
- Verify the Shipping Method. Normally, UPS Ground Shipping is the default method. If necessary, make changes by clicking on the Modify button. Available shipping methods for the USA will be displayed in a drop-down box. For orders outside the USA, a Staples export specialist will reach out to the shopper via email, once the order is placed through the Merchandise Store, to inform the shopper of their shipping costs and any import fees. This process usually takes about 48-72 hours. The international shopper must approve this shipping amount via email for the transaction to be fully processed. Corresponding shipping cost estimates will be reflected in the Shopping Cart.
- Verify the Order Information in your Cart and make any final changes.
- Enter your credit card information and click on Place Order to submit your order into the eStore's secure ordering environment.
- Once you have placed your order, a purchase confirmation page will be displayed. From here, you may exit the Online Catalog or continue shopping.
Printing your Receipt
If you would like a printout of your receipt, click on the My Account button on the top navigation. Under My Orders you will click on the Order History link to view your past orders. Click on the specific order for which you want a receipt and print this screen.
Shipping Instructions
Your in–stock merchandise order will be processed and shipped shortly after receipt. Unless otherwise specified, all USA orders will be shipped within 2 business days, via the shipping method you have selected.
Please note: the cut off time for rushes is 2pm Central Standard Time. That is the latest we can receive an order and still ship same day.
For orders shipping outside the USA: international shoppers will be billed separately for shipping. It is not calculated at the time of your check out. A Staples export specialist will reach out to the shopper via email, once the order is placed through the Merchandise Store, to inform the shopper of their shipping costs and any import fees. This process usually takes about 48-72 hours. The international shopper must approve this shipping amount via email for the transaction to be fully processed. The reason shipping is calculated separately for international shoppers is because Staples works with various shipping vendors and sources the most cost-effective option for the preferred shipping method.
Shipping to APO Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, DPO addresses must be sent via USPS or SmartPost service. Orders shipping to these addresses will be identified during order processing and the ship method updated accordingly. Your shipping confirmation will reflect the updated freight service and charges. The charges should never exceed what you were quoted during the checkout process.

International Ordering Information
Importer Responsibilities:
Recipients of orders shipped to countries outside the USA will be considered the importer of record in the destination country and will be responsible for compliance with applicable import rules and regulations in that particular country.
Product Restrictions:
Select items are not available for export due to foreign regulatory requirements.
Documentation Fee:
All export orders are subject to a documentation fee of $5 per style.
Shipping Charges:
A Staples export specialist will reach out to the shopper via email, once the order is placed through the Merchandise Store, to inform the shopper of their shipping costs and any import fees. This process usually takes about 48-72 hours. The international shopper must approve this shipping amount via email for the transaction to be fully processed.
Duty and Tax Obligations:
Depending on the order circumstances and regulations in many countries, the recipient importer may be responsible for duty and tax obligations including VAT’s and GST’s.
Transit Times and Delivery:
International shipment transit time can only be estimated due to the complex nature of international shipping and Customs clearance requirements. Staples Promotional Products strives to provide information regarding transit time based on the best information available at the time of the order but, SPP makes no promise or guarantee of delivery on or before a particular date.
Returns:
Except for defects in product or workmanship, all international sales are final. Any returns require a return authorization. Please call or email our International Customer Service at labcorp@staples.com or 1–866-920-2372.

eGift Cards
How do I redeem an eGift Card online?
You can redeem your eGift card by clicking “eGift Card” at checkout and then entering your eGift Card number or you can take the following actions to enter the eGift card number into your personal eGift card balance for future shopping.
- Go to My Account, where you'll see Your Balances.
- Click on Manage Gift Certificate(s).
- Enter the number and click on Add to Balance.
When it’s time to check out, you can choose whether to use all or just part of your eGift card balance.
eGift cards received online can also be redeemed when you place an order through the phone. Call Customer Service at 866.920.2372.
How do eGift cards work?
eGift Cards are easy, efficient and cost-effective, since the process is electronic.
These eGift cards work like a gift card from any retail store and can be redeemed for all or part of an order. If your order totals more than your eGift card amount, you will be asked for a credit card number for the remaining balance. If your purchase is less than the total amount, the balance will be held for you on your account. It is important to be sure that your eGift cards are added to your balance.
You are not required to use an eGift card, even if you have one. At checkout, you will be asked to select a method of payment. At this point you may choose to use the eGift card or not. More than one eGift card may be combined as payment for one transaction.
If you have multiple eGift cards, the website will automatically use them in a first in, first out sequence, so the oldest eGift card is redeemed first.
Normal tax and shipping charges apply on all merchandise purchases. These charges can be covered by your eGift card balance when you check out.

How do I purchase an eGift card online?
Click on the eGift card or eCertificates link.
Enter the quantity you wish to purchase, along with the other information requested. Required information is marked with an asterisk (*). Please note that the recipient’s email address is required for electronic delivery of the gift certificate.
If purchasing more than one eGift card you can enter recipients in one of three ways:
- Manually type in recipients name, email, from name and message
- Send the certificates to your account Bulk Purchased eGift Cards dashboard so they can be distributed to recipients at a future date.
- Upload a spreadsheet with the name, email, from name and unique message information for up to 300 recipients. You can order more than 300 eGift cards in one order by uploading one CSV file, adding those 300 eGift cards to your cart, then uploading a secondary CSV with the next list of recipients. Please note eGift card messages must be 240 characters or fewer, including spaces and punctuation. Messages exceeding this limit in CSV uploads will be truncated.
Click the 'Add to Cart' button. The eGift card will show in your shopping cart.
Check out as you normally would.
The recipient will be notified via email that the eGift card has been purchased. The email will contain a unique eGift card number along with the message you entered online. Please note: if uploading a spreadsheet, the email should be received 1-3 business days after the order is placed. If sending from your account Bulk Purchased eGift Cards dashboard, the email is sent immediately.
Encourage recipients to enter their unique eGift Card number on their account as soon as possible. Until it is "banked" online in your account portal, the eGift card is the same as cash.
How do I access eGift cards that I purchased and sent to my dashboard?
One of the bulk eGift card purchase options is to send the eGift cards to your account dashboard for later distribution. Follow these steps to access and take action:
- Login to your account and navigate to Bulk Purchased eGift Cards section.
- Click on Assign eGift Card(s)
- To assign or distribute eGift cards to new recipients, select Send Gift. This will open a window where you can enter recipient’s name, email address, from name and message, then click Send Gift.
- You can also opt to select resend gift to resend the eGift card email to a previous recipient.
- The Download Report option at the top right of the dashboard allows you to download the list of eGift cards and easily see a list of the recipients, email addresses, dates gifted and messages for each recipient.
How do I credit an eGift card to my Account?
Once you've received an eGift Card you can choose to bank it to your account to save for later or you can shop right away and enter the eGift card as a form of payment in your shopping cart when checking out.
Bank eGift card via email:
- Click on the link in the email.
- Log in to the online store.
- Verify the information on the screen.
- Click: Add to Balance
That's it! Your eGift card is "banked"!
You can also credit an eGift card by navigating through your ‘My Account’ portal.
- You will be prompted to log in, if you haven't already done so.
- Enter the eGift card number in the input field.
- Click the ‘Add to Balance’ button.
That's it! Your balance will update, and you can use this eGift card at any time.

Do Online eGift Cards expire?
Any eGift Card not redeemed (by ordering merchandise or requesting refund) within 5 years will be escheated to the state of Delaware to comply with the laws of our state of incorporation.

What can I purchase for clients?
Employees may provide branded promotional items of modest individual value to Clients or Third Parties. The total annual value of all promotional items given to any Client or Third Party may not exceed $25USD in a calendar year. The promotional items must display the Labcorp name, logo or trademark. See the Client and Third Party Expense Policy (BPM-08) for additional information.

We provide a Prop 65 link under Product Description for each item that requires the Prop 65 warning. If a Prop 65 link does not appear for the product you wish to purchase, the supplier of the product has indicated that it does not require the Prop 65 warning.
